Bio

I am on a journey to live my best, most peaceful life. After living with anxiety for many years I have come to place that I am at peace, happy and continuing my progress toward peace holistically. Through my journey I would like to help others do the same with this blog. I am a teacher full time, business owner and mom and spiritual student.
