Bio

Mike is a running coach, fitness trainer, and Marine ultrarunner. He is certified through RRCA, USATF, UESCA, and ISSA. A graduate of The Citadel and Naval Postgraduate School, he holds an M.S. in Information Technology Management. An avid runner of all distances and terrains, waverider, Marine, and a dedicated family man.
