Bio
I am a Fire-fighter in the U.K. I rock climb, run, practice yoga and Wing Chun Kung-Fu. I have also done Sports / Deep Tissue Massage for many years and worked on hundreds of runners, office workers, drivers and drummers. Fixing most of their issues. Most recently I have discovered Vibram Fivefingers, tried them myself, loved them, bought Three Hundred pairs and now I sell them.
I am setting up this Blog so that others may find the refief from their aches and pains. Discover a new way to run, stand, lift, eat and live.
