Bio

I specialize in gluten free, dairy free, corn free recipes. I own Gluten Free GPS, a gluten free consulting and menu planning business. I homeschool my 17 year old daughter. My 8 year old daughter attends a progressive agile learning center in Charlotte, NC. I've traveled to Asia and lived up and down the East Coast of the U.S.A. I have 2 dogs, 2 kids and 1 husband. I keep pretty busy.
