Bio
I fell in love with East and Central Africa while living and working in a harambee school in Kenya in 1972. I now work for Flame International, an organisation providing a ministry of peace and reconciliation in areas of conflict and trauma. I have listened to many stories of women’s lives while on short term missions in South Sudan. This book is a tribute to the bravery, faith and dignity of the women of South Sudan during decades of civil war. I live in Surrey with my husband and our two dogs.
