Bio
I write to comfort people with reflections on the power of love, our souls, and family. I also write about living with mental illness since sharing eases everyone's burden. Catherine’s Table is named in honor of my Aunt Kay. She taught me how to harvest joy and possibility from everything we did. My husband Mark and I live in Atlanta with our big dog Lance. Our children Matt and Emma are all grown up but not too far away. My idea of heaven is sharing a meal with my family at home.
