Bio
I am a writer, grandmother, minister, editor and proofreader for those who need someone else to do it. My first chapbook of poetry, Creek Water over Stones is available from www.finishinglinepress.com in Georgetown KY.
In addition, other publication credits include Piecework, Pilgrimage, Alive Now, Daughters of Sarah, Womenpsalms, Heartland Review, Single Hound, Gadfly, We Will Not Go Silently, and The New Southerner. I am the author of Sister Images,1993 and Time Apart for My Soul, 1998, from Abingdon Press.
I'm an unrepentant bleeding heart religious and political liberal, a tree hugger since college, working on native gardens, herbs, some veggies a lots of flowers. My two grandchildren are the joy and light of my life. I play silly with them and watercolor because it's just plain fun.
