Bio
A child of God, with two amazing daughters. My running journey started at the age of 40, and God has blessed me, tremendously, through this sport. As a certified running coach, personal trainer, and lifestyle fitness coach, I truly want to help others find their way to a healthy way of living. My desire is to partner with people to help them create a balance between work, family, fitness and self.
