Bio
I am an executive coach and organisational consultant. My purpose is to have conversations which matter, make a difference, and which help people find fulfilment and satisfaction in life, by being the best they can and doing stuff for the right reasons. People who find meaning and purpose in their work are more loyal, more committed and more productive. My clients (individuals, teams, organisations) want to get clear about what matters, what gives them their unique impact in the world, and how to use this insight to make a difference. They make life better (meaningful, fulfilling, positively energetic) for everyone.
I focus on the messy reality of life. Only once we get to the heart of how things really are, can we begin to change. I listen like no-one else listens. I hear what you don’t say. I ask questions that no-one else asks. I provoke new ideas, new ways of seeing your current situation and new options for the future.
