Bio
I have over 15yrs Senior Management experience. As a former software business owner and Financial Planner, I understand how technology affects businesses and empathise to consumer needs. In 2004, I designed one for the first online CRM/BI solutions for the UK financial services industry, still used today. I have implemented process improvements to over 250 organisations and conducted over 500 training sessions. My experience extends to multiple industries, recently working with major retail brands to create global financial models to drive budgeting and KPI management. I have managed over 30 major website projects with combined hands-on experience in IT and Marketing. I also have a strong background working in regulated and compliant business environments, playing a pivotal role in the implementation of mortgage regulation in Australia, working with industry leaders to define best practice.
