Bio
Hello! My name is Megan. I am first and foremost a wife and mother. I married one of my best friends from high school at twenty years old. We have been married for six years and a lot has changed in that short period of time. To start, I graduated college with a degree in Elementary Education and became a teacher. We moved several times, finally staying put in Prescott, Arizona. We bought a home (my fixer upper dream). Lastly, after teaching for two and a half years, I became pregnant with our daughter. I was extremely lucky to have the opportunity to be a stay at home mama, and I've loved every minute of it.
I have a passion for home decor, writing, music, and family life. I am major homebody. I love hanging out at home with my husband, our daughter, and our fur babies. I also love coffee, watching Gilmore Girls or The Office (it's a toss up, both are my favorite), anything related to Ireland/Irish decor, and planning themed parties/events.
I'm starting this blog because I think that sharing my story is important. I will be writing about our experience getting married at a young age, becoming a first time mother, and because it's my passion and super fun for me; home and holiday decor on a budget (DIY projects/tutorials, ideas, tips, and inspiration).
