Bio

Meals Our Kids Love! was born out of a mutual frustration over family mealtimes: what to cook day-in, day-out, how to get our kids to try different foods, how to deal with fussy eaters and fractured mealtimes while trying to stick to a generally healthy diet. All the while trying to juggle the time, energy and financial constraints of our busy lives. Our hope is you’ll be informed, inspired and encouraged and that, as a result, mealtimes at your house will become just that little bit easier.
