Hi there!
My name is Ishan and I am currently studying A'levels in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics at King's School, Canterbury. I am passionate about all things science, technology and in particular, with the field of medicine and medical research. I am motivated towards medicine by the anguish of seeing those closest to me getting ill. Nothing drives a man than the pain of watching a family member suffer. That, together with a frustration from knowing that cures and treatments exist waiting to be discovered. When I encounter a disease or illness, my inquiring nature will also often see solutions at the same time. Solutions which I am surprised to find are not being discussed or explored. It is my goal to drive a wind of change; to be the future of medicine. It is in my DNA to believe that you can achieve anything you desire. I believe anyone can find a cure. You've just got to want to badly enough! I want to be the man who finds a cure for migraines, for diabetes and many other health issues close to my heart. Perhaps, I am naive. I hope to study medicine with a view to going into medical research to do just that!
