Bio
I am a Naturopathic Educator and Yoga devotee. Over the years I have chosen simple ways to integrate health into my life. I've lived in over 13 countries and have learned from all of them!
I am also a Botanical Illustrator & Artist that has had exhibitions and sales, I write Medicinal Plant articles along with some wellness information for various publications.
The ND after my name stands for Naturopathic Doctor. I have a 3 year Diploma in Doctor of Naturopathy for Healthcare Professionals. In the West I prefer to use the term Naturopathic Educator and/or CTN, Certified Traditional Naturopath, so there is no confusion however I am a Complimentary Therapist which means I am a Holistic Health Educator but also understand the need for Western Medicine.
