Bio
I am a PhD student based at UEA, researching destructive geomorphic hazards associated with volcanic activity on the Island of Montserrat, West Indies. Specifically I am interested in lahars and landslides, coming from the angle of monitoring and initiation mechanisms for events. This blog is for those at home, so I can share what I see and do whilst abroad on fieldwork.
