We are a group of relatives and friends who find the passion of food creation and preparation is one of life’s most exciting treasures—not just a hobby or past time , but a beckoning desire to blend flavors and textures into magnificent dishes to please our pallets.
Some of us are self taught and blessed with a sense of adventure. Some of us have a bit of culinary training, however, no book can teach passion. Passion comes from curiosity and patience—learn to ask our chefs questions about spices and techniques in the comment section. This is a tutoring blog. Happy learning.
