Bio
I'm a third year university student, in the capital of New Zealand, known as Wellington. As I grew up, I realised how important self care was, yet many men such as myself, had little idea of what was included. From here I have tried and tested products, methods, workouts, meals, and just routines that have helped me improved every aspect of my life.
