Bio
After 30 years as Human Resources officer and 30 coinciding years as a college English instructor, I retired to form a consulting business supporting business owners and entrepreneurs with communication and management skills.
I hold degrees from St. Joseph's University, The University of Notre Dame, and The Peter F. Drucker Executive Management Center at The Claremont Graduate University.
A friend and student of the late Peter Drucker, I am committed to the values he taught. Believing that management is an art and not a science gives me a unique view of the character and needs of contemporary business owners.
This has allowed me to publish ideas in management theory, business leadership, small and large manufacturing, human resources and talent management, and more for clients in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Poland, Italy, and Great Britain.
