Bio
Marlana is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and and has been a Massage Therapist 20 years and she has recently added Health Coaching to her practice. She is very excited to be able to offer this new service to our community. Marlana has had great success with the Integrative Nutrition program reaching a weight loss of 40 loss through this program that focuses on clean eating, eliminating sugar , and portion control .
Marlana her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and business development. Marlana leads workshops on nutrition and offers individual health and nutrition coaching to individuals, and in a group setting, and i can offer you the option of online or phone sessions.
