Bio
Dan has been a high school journalism adviser at Maize High School since 2011. He advises yearbook and newsmag in addition to teaching photography. He is a former board member of the Kansas Scholastic Press Association. Prior to teaching, spent 20 years working at newspapers in Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Kansas. He has a communications degree from Missouri State University and a masters in education from Fort Hays State. Dan is married with two grown children.
