Bio
I suffered with substance abuse for a very, very long time. I finally had enough of living day-to-day with having to have a pint of 100 proof vodka to basically function. With hard work, thorough research and determination I conquered my sobriety. Now my goal is to help other First Responders overcome their substance abuse. And that's exactly what this blog is geared toward: First Responders helping other First Responders.
