I have a strong educational leadership background stemming from 15 years as a principal in three educational jurisdictions. I am particularly interested in sharing my ideas and experiences around leadership development, knowledge management, change management and community engagement.
I will be sharing some insights into the changing educational landscape for students and professionals in Canada, and the impact that leaderships skills and practices can have on their success and the success of the organizations.
