I am passionate about food and cooking. Blessed with an adventurous palate, I love to experiment with different cuisines and check out new restaurants and old, chat with Chefs and foodies and add to my knowledge.Thankfully my husband Troy is equally fond of food and gives me company and sound advise. Been writing for years on food & hospitality for newspapers and magazines alike. Pan Asian cuisine is one of my favourites and among Indian cuisines, I enjoy Bengali food & Goan cuisine the most. Whether it is everyday Rajma chawal or Goan Prawn curry or a Black Forest cake, I enjoy cooking and giving dishes, my very own twist.
