Bio
I am the mom of two beautiful girls and one furry boy (our rescue min pin/beagle mix). Our oldest daughter Dinah (7 yrs) has spastic triplegic cerebral palsy and is the inspiration of a lot of things in our lives, including this blog. She may be missing a few markers (currently she does not walk or talk), but she sure is MAKING UP FOR THEM with the ones she has.
I am a registered nurse by occupation. And a healthy living addict by obsession.
This blog is for EVERYONE. We hope to inspire hope.
