Bio
My name is Alicia, I'm a 21 year old mixed-race female living in the UK. I study English at the University of Birmingham and hope to continue onto a Masters next year. I am very interested in mixed-race literature, studies and experiences. As I am of both Thai and British descent I find the different cultures hard to negotiate, which makes it hard for me to place my identity. I want to explore what it means to be mixed-race by paying attention to the mixed-race experience through interviews with individuals willing to share their own ideas and thoughts. I hope you find any of my ramblings at least mildly interesting and eye-opening. That's the dream. Thanks for reading x
