Bio
A lawyer, a nurse, a teacher and an educational leader, most recently a Human Resources Manager and Deputy Principal the author has worked for the past five years in the field of Human Resources. She has worked in the areas of staff selection and review, risk management, health and safety, employee relations and staff welfare. She has come to education relatively late, but with her knowledge of the medical and legal professions, she brings both a special and exceptional view to the study and practice of Human Resource Management in schools
