Bio
I am a retired Chicago Police Officer and former Assistant Cook County States Attorney. I left that office as a 1st Chair-lead prosecutor. I next joined the United States Attorney's Office-Southern District of Indiana, where I prosecuted Organised Crime Drug Task Force cases before transferring to the District of the Virgin Islands. While on leave, I served three tours in IRAQ as the Regional Legal Advisor/ Asst. Director in charge of the Law and Order Task Force, Rusafa, Iraq. When I returned to St. Thomas, I accepted a transfer to Main Justice-Office of Overseas Prosecution and Assistance (OPDAT), where I set up legal/Law Enforcement programs and traveled the world running them. I retired from the USDOJ on June 25, 2015, with 20 years service.
