Bio
I am a Writer that lives in RI who learned four years ago I have MS. I was misdiagnosed in 2000 and went 10 and 3/4 years with ought any MS meditations. Now I am just trying my best to be as healthy as I can be. Diet and supplements are key for me. Having the support of healthy people, thinking positive and saying affirmations I credit for helping the lesions on my brain to "Improve".
