Welcome to Mommy Rhetoric Writes, a sacred, soul-filled space where I write at the intersection of healing, hope, and honest reflection. Once a college writing instructor, now a school counselor and now working on my LMHC, I carry stories from both the classroom and the therapy room. This blog is an eclectic gathering of what I’ve learned and am still learning about trauma and recovery, mystic Christianity, parenting adult children, living with purpose, wandering the world, and savoring good food. These are the breadcrumbs of a life broken open and beautifully becoming. I share them with the hope that something here will meet you right where you are.
