Monica C. Guidry is a Self published author, Mentor, Empowerment Speaker, and Host
Monica self published her first book “True Worship” in late 2010, and is currently working on a affirmation journal geared towards helping people discover their passion and purpose in life.
Monica's natural ability for reporting and interviewing grew while interning at WBNS-10 TV during the summer of 2013, and were further developed while expanding her website "In the Heart of it All" by producing bi-weekly podcast interviews with local celebs, and businesses.
Guidry’s desire to share stories of inspiration, culture, and those beating the odds stems from her own tragedy to triumph roots. She and her husband suffered many years with infertility before finally blessed with a son and then a daughter. If that were not enough of a story to tell, Monica came face to face with death and fought back with her fist and faith, surviving a vicious Knife attack at her home. She is not only a survivor, but also a ‘thriver” .
Her message is clear, if I can overcome the obstacles in my life then so can you.
