Bio
An '08 grad from The Culinary Institute of America - San Antonio, and I'm a 0'13 graduate too. I'm a Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators, and I've taken the Foundation 1 and 2 classes through the International Sommelier Guild. I will be working on my CSC soon, and my Sommelier Certification at some point too. I'm married to my wonderfully beautiful and smart wife Margret, and we have two great puppies - PaPi and SoHo!
