I am a Certified Professional Coach (life coach) in Santa Fe, NM, specializing in transforming self-sabotaging behavior -- and the underlying shadow emotions fueling it -- that hinders our optimal experience of life.
Another focus of my practice -- Cut the Crap Coaching -- is a program designed for people who want to be on the fast track of transformation in their lives. Cut the Crap Coaching may or may not include shadow emotion work.
