Bio
I’m a UK/US trained Co-active Coach, Counselling Psychologist, NLP MasterTrack Practitioner, ORSC graduate and Organizational Development consultant with 18 years’ experience. I draw on all five disciplines to create a unique, flexible, dynamic and professional approach to coaching.
In 2011, after years of intensive training with leading international coaches and therapists, I set up my own practise, MaD Coaching, where I work as both a corporate coach and a life coach.
Previous to that I worked as a one-to-one and group therapist for both the private and public health sectors in the UK, before moving on to work within both Europe and the Middle East facilitating motivation, leadership, and team building workshops.
On moving to Lebanon in 2002, I co-founded Skoun, Lebanon’s first outpatient treatment centre for addictions. Shortly afterwards I began training in Organisational Development, where I spent the last 10 years coaching senior executives and contributing to the successful implementation of major corporate-culture change programs for several organizations in the Middle East such as: INDEVCO Group, Kuwait Gulf Link and transport, Kuwait Finance House, Kuwait Oil Company, National Bank of Kuwait, ARABIA Insurance, SyriaTel, and others.
