I'm a true believer in the fact that you create your own life. I spent so many years wondering what to do with mine until I discovered health and fitness. I became a qualified Personal Trainer in my 30's and then followed that up with a Pilates obsession that is still going strong 10 years later!
I'm all about living BIG! In a way that makes you happy!
