Bio
I am 22 years old with two beautiful children. I went undiagnosed with bipolar for many, many years and struggled quite a bit. Parenting is hard enough, but adding a mental illness like depression, bipolar, PTSD, or anxiety into it is even more challenging. Some illnesses are temporary and others are more permanent. Either way, I am here to build a supporting community where people can come seek advice, feel like they have a friend, and not be alone through whatever it is you're going through right now!
