Bio
Matthew A. Gilbert, MBA, is a teacher, researcher, and trainer with more than 25 years of experience in consulting, speaking, and writing. He teaches advertising, personal selling, and principles of marketing at Coastal Carolina University. His research centers on AI in marketing, digital engagement, experiential marketing, marketing technology, and sports marketing. He authored the textbook Kickstarting Your Marketing and contributed chapters to several edited volumes. He serves on two boards, speaks internationally, and has provided corporate training for organizations including Abbott Cardiovascular, Boeing Middle East, and Princess Cruises.
