Bio

I am a mother to two sons and wife to my dearest friend, Chris. Professionally, I am a practicing physiotherapist, with additional training in massage therapy and 18 years of study and practice in yoga. I love my family, being outdoors, practicing yoga, dancing, hiking, creating, exploring, getting lost and just being here.
