Bio
Hey ya'll! I'm a stay at home rock star to two beautiful angel babies. My background includes over a decade of marketing for engineering firms. I've found that my true passion is fresh, whole foods. I decided to start a blog to better explain my beliefs and how my family and I benefit from a whole food diet, and lots of exercise, and running, and smooching on babies. I have also been using my marketing skills for good to promote the Cary Downtown Farmers Market, as well as community gardens through the NCCGP Board of Directors.
