My name is Kayla Cotton , I am a 21 year old female , I created this blog because I've struggled with my weight since I was little and once apon a time it made me very self conscious . I've had type 1 diabetes since I was 8 years old , if your border line diabetic or think you might be diabetic we can get into the topic on the three types of diabetes ! But I just want to help women feel okay with there body image , or to change there eating habits for there own good , or just to help them lose weight ! We all have our reasonings for looking into things like this ! Well I hope that you like my blog and that it's helping you in the ways you'd like it to .
