Bio
I have been living here in the depths of Spain, in a beautiful valley filled with citrus and almond trees for just over 2 years.
I started writing this blog because I meet so many people who insist they cannot cook and are daunted by the idea of even attempting anything because it all sounds so difficult. I have tried to put together a range of ideas so that everyone can learn to cook easy recipes for every occasion, from everyday ideas for when you are totally knackered after work and need something in a hurry, to meals to impress your wives, husbands, lovers, grannies, friends, Romans, countrymen etc.
