Bio
I am the author of Effective Coaching and 'The Sessions' and the Founder of The School of Coaching. I am a consultant and coach and have worked globally with major, sector leading organisations. The core of my interest is in what it takes for individuals to regain their own authority, to self-express and achieve success in their own terms. To this end I am working with Tim Gallwey on the Inner Game eCoach - an electronic coaching tool
