Bio
In October of 2011 my family and I switched from the Standard American Diet to a Plant Based Diet. While researching in those early days I was at a loss for information and recipes that didn't add lots of oil and sugar. I decided to start my own blog as a resource for friends who want to change their diet as well. We don't eat perfectly but we have come a long way.
I live in Arizona with my incredible husband and 2 energetic sons.
