Bio
I am a stay at home mom who LOVES to cook :) I love to eat and explore new flavors from around the world. I was born and raised in Poland and currently live in the USA with my husband and daughter. My husband is American of Indian decent. Thanks to our unique combination of cultures I discovered the passion for cooking and trying foods from different parts of the world.
On my blog I share Polish dishes that I grew up eating, as well as the Indian recipes that I learned how to make over the years I've been married to my husband. Living in the USA I am exposed to many cultures which inspired me to cook dishes from all over the world. I live in New Jersey where I can meet people from different parts of the world and buy all kinds of foods characteristic to a specific culture. Right next to my house there is many Filipino restaurants and grocery stores. There is also many Chinese, Spanish, Middle Eastern, Eastern and Western European and of course traditional American food. I feel blessed to live in the place with such a cultural mix and be able to try unique dishes from different cultures.
