Bio
I am a woman living in two countries: Southland, New Zealand and coastal Maine. Over the years I have accumulated a master's in counseling psychology, a BFA in Painting, and a certificate in Integrative Nutrition health coaching. I spend a lot of time writing or painting or thinking about doing those things; also gardening and reorganizing and renovating wherever I live. I'm a mother, step-mom, grandmother, wife, sister and friend.
