I am a corporate training and personal coach. I offer workshops and coaching on the following topics: Supervisory Skills, Time Management, Stress Reduction, Mindfulness in Daily Life, Mindful Parenting, Mindfulness at Work, Balancing Work and Family. I am mom to two fantastic sons and love to kayak, hike, meditation, practice yoga and cook!
