My only aim is to write what is authentic and real in my heart, at least at that moment. I apologize in advance for any upset I may cause with family and friends by not filtering and sharing my truth as I see it at that time. Upsetting people is not my intent, though sometimes that is the price you must pay to be genuinely you. My only purpose is to help others, and most importantly myself, through honest writing.
