Bio
I’m a mummy to a very active and excitable 2 year and have recently married the love of my life after 5 1/2 years. I work full time in the most amazing job as a fundraiser and have a great life!! But you think that would have been enough! Not for someone who suffered from post natal depression & anxiety unfortunately. But I’m slowly coming through the other side & this is what my blog is about. How you can make it and how you find ways to help. If I can help someone that would be perfect.
