Bio
. . : : Adrián Romero Farías: : : . . is a self-happened, self-forged philosopher, writer, reader, critic and thinker, specially interested in the work of Baruch Spinoza, Friedrich Nietzsche, Gilles Deleuze, Michel Foucault, Félix Guattari, Gregory Bateson, and Pierre Bourdieu. He is a vitalist schizosopher who discovered in flesh that life is intranscendent and meaningless in its own abstraction, a fact to be empirically experienced as an event that comes from the outside in a single hit, that must be achieved as a conquest of the body, and that detaches a plane of immanence: bringing into sense the intensities of the world, implying an ethical take of consistency as the greatest affirmation of life, the priviledge of a cosmic highway, and a planetary thought.
Based in México City, Adrián holds a Masters degree in Social Science, Politics and Communication from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Xochimilco.
