Ncedisa International (Pty) Ltd t/a Ncedisa Trading is a young, agile enterprise continually striving to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding services to both the public and private sector. Ncedisa Trading is an environmentally-conscious company that strives to uplift the community in which it operates. Ncedisa Trading will operate as a BBBEE Level 2 compliant procurement and distribution company, with various other business ventures under the umbrella of Ncedisa International (Pty) Ltd. Our main area of focus is sourcing locally and internationally various products, for wholesale, retail and hospitality, such as beef, chicken, turkey, pork, lamb/mutton, venison, seafood, dairy, vegetables, French fries, Honey (100% Raw South African), eggs and various other dry goods
Ncedisa’s priority is to create sustainable jobs for the youth with a focus on women’s employment, and to provide real living wages. The sole purpose of most companies’ existence is to generate a profit for shareholders, and to pay big salaries to board members. Ncedisa is challenging this concept however by ensuring that employees receive real living wages, before paying shareholders. Ncedisa Trading puts the community first, and prioritises both the community and environmental sustainability before profit generation.
