Bio
I am a qualified Home Economics teacher with several years of experience behind me. I am originally from India and was born in Haryana, brought up in Punjab and moved to Bangalore after my wedding.
I have lived in quite a few countries and somewhere down the line; my cooking has been influenced by all these various cultures and cuisines.
Currently, I live in England and teach Indian Cookery at Adult Community Learning Centres.
I Love cooking for my family and friends. My family supports me in whatever I do. My daughter once said, "I love it, when mom is preparing for her course at ACL as she then creates new recipes and we get to try them":) And, you guessed it right; my daughter and my husband are my guinea pigs as well as my critics...
